Where should I purchase my gown?
Where you buy your gown is important...experience and financial stability matter. Ask as many past brides as you can about what stores they visited and how they were treated. You’ll get a good idea as to which salons will go the extra mile to meet your needs.
How do I get fitted for my dress?
After you have selected your gown style, an experienced seamstress/consultant will take body measurements. Your measurements will be compared to the manufacturers size chart and the size closest to your measurements will be recommended. (Remember the largest body measurement and gown style will determine size recommendation.) You will be consulted about the size but listen to the recommendations of the seamstress/consultant. The only time you will get a custom made dress if it is specfically ordered for you and you pay extra for it. Only a few companies offer this service.
Do you handle alterations?
We offer custom fit alterations and charge for work that is actually done to the dress. If you wish, you may take your dress to the seamstress of your choice.
